Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

• Technical information such as your IP address, used only to protect our forms from misuse and stored only as an anonymised fingerprint.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide our staffing services.
• Match workers with suitable temporary roles and contact them about shifts.
• Carry out right-to-work, vetting and compliance checks required for temporary staffing.
• Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract or steps towards one, our legitimate interests in running a staffing agency, and compliance with legal obligations. Where you tick a consent box, we also rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary: with client businesses when putting workers forward for roles (with your knowledge), with service providers who host our website and systems under strict confidentiality, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Worker records, including CVs and compliance documents, are kept for the duration of our working relationship and for the periods required by employment and tax law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your information is stored securely, access is restricted to authorised team members, and uploaded CVs are kept in private storage accessible only through time-limited links.
