Information on this website is a general description of our temporary staffing services and does not form a contract. Any supply of workers to a business is governed by a separate written agreement between Shiftly and that client. Submitting a form does not guarantee that workers will be supplied or that work will be offered.

When you apply for work, you confirm that the information and CV you provide are accurate and your own. Applying does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an assignment. Any assignment will be confirmed separately under our terms of engagement for temporary workers, in line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Shiftly or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
